Our fixtures are made in-house; if required, we can custom design and build the equipment needed for your product. Rotomolded Products: With rotomolded products, no parting line will be left untrimmed, every part can be flame polished until it shines, and cooling jigs and fixtures can be utilized. We can router your part, drill it, saw It, mill It, or spin-weld it…the options are virtually endless, and they are all available in-house.
Thermoformed Products: With thermoformed parts, our secondary assembly expertise can speed up final delivery by adding cut-outs; through-holes; painting or silk-screening; EMI/RFI shielding; hinge, handle, and other hardware assembly. We can also store your pieces until you’re ready to ship.
